Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Time and Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping to our customers. The estimated delivery time for your order is 5 to 9 business days after the order has been processed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your specific location, international customs procedures, and the efficiency of local courier services.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update within the carrier's system after shipment.
Order Changes and Cancellation
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After the 24-hour window has passed, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled or modified. Please note that once a tracking number has been generated for your shipment, orders can no longer be canceled.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the status of your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
